Primrose House is a charming Grade II listed farmhouse dating back to 1750, now operating as a family-run bed and breakfast in the heart of Cotgrave, Nottingham.
Working closely with the client, we designed a sensitive kitchen extension to replace the existing greenhouse, ensuring the new addition harmonizes with the historic character of the property. Alongside this, we prepared a comprehensive package of drawings to convert the adjacent cottage outbuildings into comfortable accommodation, expanding the B&B’s guest facilities.
The project carefully balances heritage preservation with modern functionality, enhancing the business while respecting the farmhouse’s architectural significance.
