This project involved the design and construction of a rear extension to a traditional farmhouse-style property, aimed at enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

The client required additional living space transforming the home from a three-bedroom to a four-bedroom property to include a new master bedroom with en-suite.

The extension also allowed for a dedicated office space and a significant expansion of the kitchen and dining area, creating a more open and versatile family living space. Externally, the new addition features large windows to maximize light and views, complemented by a combination of timber cladding and black render, blending contemporary elements with the farmhouse aesthetic.
