Concept Design

With your objectives clearly defined, we take time to reflect on our discussion and develop creative, engaging, and practical ideas. From these, we shape your final concept—establishing the clear direction for your project.

Stage 3.

Design Development

Design development is where your vision starts to take shape. Building on the agreed concept, we refine ideas into detailed plans through ongoing collaboration with you, consultants, and planning authorities. During this phase, we consider aesthetics, functionality, materials, and regulations to ensure the design is both inspiring and achievable.

Stage 4.

Technical Design

Stage Four focuses on creating detailed production drawings that guide the construction of your project.
At this point, every detail matters—this crucial phase defines precisely how each element of your design will be built.
These drawings not only support your Building Control application but also serve as the foundation for briefing and selecting a contractor.
