Wellington Road - New Build
Built on a disused plot of land & sandwiched between some beautiful period looking homes the idea was to create a large family home, with dedicated spaces for the office and importantly in a style that would be in keeping with the surrounding houses on the street.
The design focused on a ‘fabric first’ approach which takes into account each building elements energy performance to enable the building to be as efficient as possible when the components come together in construction.
This method of design can help reduce capital costs, improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.
