Tall Trees - Restaurant & Farm Shop Concept
Tall Trees project is a set of design proposals for the redesign of an existing garden centre. The project included a restaurant, farm shop, garden centre and offices. Focusing in locally sourced sustainable produce & supporting small businesses based in the area.
As a new build the proposal would be that we use as many sustainable building practices as the budget would allow. The final design included a biomass heating system, photovoltaic panels, MVHR (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery), rainwater reclamation as well as a ‘fabric first’ approach ensuring the building itself was as efficient as possible.
