From the outset the property looks like a bungalow but is actually an ‘upside down’ house with the living and kitchen space at entry level & bedrooms / bathroom downstairs.

A fresh modern design approach was needed to transform this property. A new balcony to the rear created an extension to the upper living space & made the most of the views overlooking the garden.
